Terms and Conditions are as follows:

1. The royalty free non-exclusive musical compositions (BearBeats.com instrumentals) sold by BearBeats.com remain the property of BearBeats.com and are licensed, not sold, to you the licensee.

2. BearBeats.com license grants you (the licensee) the right to use BearBeats.com compositions (BearBeats.com instrumentals) only for Radio Advertisement, Commercial Advertisement, Television Advertisement, Internet Background Music, On-Hold & In-House Background Music, and/or Artist Demonstrations. Additionally, specific limitations exist for Recording Artists where BearBeats.com’s musical compositions can only be used for demonstration purposes and must adhere to the rules of “synchronization” where Additional audio and vocal performances are recorded against and with BearBeats.com compositions.

3. It is specifically understood and agreed that Licensee does not acquire any ownership rights or any underlying copyrights, and that Licensor retains all rights, title and interest in the music obtained from BearBeats.com, including all copyrights belonging to the original copyright holder, as well as any modifications or improvements made to the licensed property by Licensee.

4. The License expressly forbids resale or other distribution of BearBeats.com compositions, either as they exist or any modification thereof. You cannot sell, loan, rent, lease, assign, or transfer all or any of the products sold under BearBeats.com to another user, or for use in any competitive product.

Failing to comply with BearBeats.com’s terms and conditions will only result in hefty copyright infringement fines and possible confinement. NOTE: A single violation of federal copyright laws will cost you a $30,000.00 fine. In other words, be certain you use the license appropriately.

Unauthorized use or duplication is a violation of this agreement and of applicable laws of the

United States and other countries. Any infringement of copyright will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.

Terms and Conditions for Loop Sets and Sound Kits

BearBeats.com sound libraries may only be used pursuant to the terms and conditions enforced by BearBeats.com. By purchasing sounds sold under BearBeats.com, you automatically become bound to the terms of the License Agreement:

All sounds and/or sound libraries purchased from BearBeats.com are licensed, not sold; to you by BearBeats.com. BearBeats.com is the exclusive copyright holder and licensor of all sounds and/or sound libraries purchased from BearBeats.com website. By purchasing sounds from BearBeats.com you are granted a non-exclusive right/license to incorporate BearBeats.com’s sounds in sync and within audio, visual, or multimedia productions and compositions. Audio, visual, and multimedia productions and compositions that qualify include film productions, television programs, radio/tv advertisements, website media, videogame production, business presentations, album productions, artist promotions, and soundtracks - royalty free. However, BearBeats.com products cannot be used in any productions or compositions for any Sound and/or Loop libraries whatsoever.

Following these guidelines entitles you, the licensee, to use BearBeats.com sound libraries without additional royalties, license fees, or any other fees due to BearBeats.com. You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, assign, or otherwise transfer any of BearBeats.com sounds except as incorporated in an audio, visual, or multimedia production. You may not distribute BearBeats.com sounds, either in native format or reformatted, filtered, re-synthesized or otherwise edited, for use as sounds, multi-sounds, samples, multi-samples, programs or patches in a sampler, sample playback unit, website, compact disc, DVD, or computer. You may not distribute BearBeats.com sounds independently of an audio, visual, or multimedia production. Additionally, you may not use BearBeats.com sound/loop products for the promotion and/or production of any competing products or services.

All publications authored and written by BearBeats.com including, but not limited to, music production tips & techniques articles, music production e-books, and music production tutorial videos are the exclusive copyrighted properties of BearBeats.com.If you are interested in re-publishing or distributing BearBeats.com music production publications, you must contact BearBeats.com directly in writing to request Copyright Clearance for any and all BearBeats.com publications before re-publishing rights may be granted.

As a purchaser of product and bound to BearBeats.com terms, you agree all information you provide to BearBeats.com is completely accurate. You will not disclose access codes or passwords used in accessing any area of the BearBeats.com website to any other party and will respect BearBeats.com brand by truthfully holding such information as exclusive and confidential. You agree to exercise due diligence and maintain strict safeguards on all sound libraries purchased from BearBeats.com to prevent unauthorized use or distribution thereof. If you become aware of any unauthorized use or distribution of BearBeats.com property, you shall immediately notify BearBeats.com via email at Mike@BearBeats.com or by phone at 209-613-9321.
